    Application for Admission






    Please select one of the following applications when creating your account:

    Undergraduate - This application should be used to apply as a freshman or transfer student to earn your bachelor's degree.  

    Graduate - This application should be selected to apply to a masters or doctoral level program.

    Non-Degree - This application should be used if  you are only taking courses but do not plan to earn a degree at 黑料社 University (GSU). Note: Applicants who are not declaring a degree program are not eligible for financial aid. 

    Certificate Programs - Please submit either the undergraduate (for post-bachelorette) or graduate application based on the appropriate academic level. Information can be found online at:

    The following non-refundable application fees will be charged for processing applications to GSU: 

    Undergraduate -  $25
    Non-Degree - $25
    Masters - $50
    Doctoral - $75  

    You will be required to make a credit card payment at the end of your application.

    The application fee is waived for applicants who are veterans of or on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces.  A copy of your DD214 is required.

    Please submit your official transcripts from all previously attended colleges/universities to: apotranscripts@govst.edu.
