CTL Department - Student Blackboard Support
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) provides support for students and instructors in Blackboard and other commonly used tools in Blackboard shells such as Class Collaborate, Webex, VoiceThread, Respondus Lockdown Browser, Via and Aqua, among others including some textbook publisher related issues.

Information Technology Services
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides support for all GSU-issued hardware and software subscriptions used on GSU's Windows and MacOS computers. Students who need a help request for technology issues not related to Blackboard can contact the ITS Helpdesk.

Laptops are available on a first come first serve basis for Students. The process is simple to request a laptop. All requests will be reviewed and approved if criteria are met.

+All students and faculty can have access to Microsoft Office products free of charge, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
