4. Purpose of call
5. Detailed questions about: a) software; b) network connection; c) error
The ºÚÁÏÉçHelpdesk consultant will issue you a ticket number. Please allow three working days before callingÌý to check the status of your ticket. If you call and get voicemail, please follow numbers one to five as your guide.
